Useful information for us are: a product datasheet, graphic pdf file, actual samples, Quantity of products you would like to order, delivery deadlines, the final delivery destination.
If you don’t have these information available, eventually , we will help you quickly to complete e detailed datasheet for each product you need to produce.

OUR SAMPLES , YOUR TESTS

We provide a sample production free of charge for your own testing and mutual peace of mind. In case of your approval and unless otherwise specified and mutually agreed the order will be made with exactly the same characteristics of the approved test.

YOUR ORDER

In case you are satisfied with the test, when payment terms are decided, once the final draft (text and images) is received (go to press, approved), we go to press at the receipt of your order. In case of extreme urgency a formal approval of our quote/offer can also be accepted.
We start the production at the receipt of your order. Keep in mind that receiving the (go to press, approved) file in time is essential for keeping delivery deadlines and proper day counting.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All details, payments, deadlines, other details and terms have been already agreed and are inserted in our confirmation paper. We will put all our effort and expertise to give you the best quality and service for what you have ordered us.
